Ilya Vladimirovich Pakhomov ( 1916 , Zhizdra , now Kaluga Region, Russian Federation - May 4, 1975 , Kharkov ) - Soviet statesman, director of the Kharkov Electrotyazhmash plant . Deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the Ukrainian SSR of the 6-8th convocations.

Biography

Born in a working class family. Since 1932 - turner of the Kalinin plant in the town of Klintsy, Western Region of the RSFSR.

In 1940 he graduated from the Bryansk Engineering Institute.

In 1940 - 1956 - engineer-technologist, senior engineer-technologist, deputy secretary of the party committee, head of department of the Kharkov factory of transport engineering.

In 1942 he joined the VKP (b).

In 1956 - 1974 - Director of the Lenin Electrotyazhmash Kharkov Plant.

In 1974 - May 1975 - Deputy Director of the Research Institute at the Kharkov Plant "Electrotyazhmash" named after Lenin.
