Biography
Born in the village of Zvezdochka of the Primorsky province (now - the Olginsky district of the Primorsky Territory of Russia) in a peasant family.
He studied at the Vladivostok Shipbuilding College. In 1937-1939 - a stoker on a ship.
In 1939-1940 - instructor of the Political Department of the Far Eastern Shipping Company, deputy head of the Maritime School, assistant chief of the Political Department for the Komsomol of the Far Eastern Shipping Company.
Member of the CPSU (b) since 1940 .
In the years 1940-1941. - 1st Secretary of the Vladivostok City Committee of the Komsomol .
In 1941-1944 - service at the Navy . In 1942 he graduated from a military school.
In April 1944-October 1946 - Secretary of the Odessa Regional Committee of the Komsomol of Ukraine on military work, 1st Secretary of the Odessa City Committee of the Komsomol of Ukraine.
In 1946-1949 - instructor and assistant to the chief of the Political Department for the Komsomol of the Black Sea Shipping Company, assistant to the chief of the Political Department of the Sovtanker Shipping Company.
In 1949 - Secretary of the Bureau of the Communist Party (b) At the construction trust number 1 Glavmorstroy in Odessa.
In 1949-1952 - 2nd, 1st secretary of the Water Transport District Committee of the Communist Party (b) of the city of Odessa .
In 1952-1954 - 2nd Secretary of the Odessa City Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine .
In 1954 - 10.1954 - instructor of the Department of Party Organizations of the CPSU Central Committee .
10.1954 - 04.1960 - 1st Secretary of the Sevastopol City Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine .
04/18/1960 - 12/1962 - 2nd Secretary of the Crimean Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine .
In 1962 - 12.1964 - he studied at the Higher Party School under the Central Committee of the CPSU.
12.1964 - 3.01.1965 - Secretary of the Nikolaev Regional Committee of the Communist Party of Ukraine .
He was buried in Kiev at the Baykovsky cemetery.
