Biography
Orthodox. From the nobles of the Chernihiv province.
He graduated from the Alexander Cadet Corps (1896) and the 1st Military Pavlovsk School in 1st Class (1898), from where he was released as second lieutenant to the 12th Grenadier Astrakhan Regiment. Later transferred to the Life Guards Pavlovsky Regiment . Manufactured on assignments on December 6, 1902.
With the outbreak of the Russo-Japanese War , on April 15, 1904 he was transferred to the 35th East Siberian Rifle Regiment with renaming as staff captains [1] . Was injured. He was awarded the Order of St. George 4th degree

On June 11, 1905, the Pavlovsky Regiment was transferred to the Life Guards as a lieutenant [3] . He was promoted to headquarters captain on December 6, 1906. He took part in the development of instructions for training troops in gymnastics according to the Sokol system, since 1907 he led the school of gymnastics instructors in the Life Guards of the Hussars Regiment. On May 11, 1911 he was transferred to the Page Corps as a junior officer, enlisted in the Guards Infantry [4] . He was promoted to captain on December 6, 1911.

In 1931 he visited falcon societies in Nice, Cannes and Meudon, in Paris he lectured on the history and activities of the falconry. Since 1931 he was the editor-in-chief of the magazine Russian Sokolsky Vestnik. In 1932, in Paris, he organized the Committee of Public Figures to prepare for the rally of the embassy in Prague. He was a member of the Assumption Brotherhood (1942). He died in 1942. He was buried at the Olshansky cemetery .
