Biography
Born on July 4, 1962.
In 1984 she graduated from the Faculty of Chemistry and Biology, Syktyvkar State University .
In 1987 she graduated from the post-graduate course at the Second Moscow State Medical Institute named after NI Pirogov .
In 2003 she defended her doctoral thesis [2] .
Head of the Laboratory of Comparative Cardiology, Komi Scientific Center, Ural Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences .
In 2011 - elected a corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences .
Scientific Activities
Research interests: evolutionary and comparative electrocardiology, the study of the physiological mechanisms of the formation of the electric field of the heart in warm-blooded animals and humans, the solution of the direct and inverse problems of electrocardiology, the development of new non-invasive methods of cardiac diagnosis, screening of pharmacological drugs.
Experimental studies are devoted to the identification of patterns of structural and functional organization of the myocardium in vertebrate animals of different classes.
The physiological mechanisms of the formation of the electric field of the heart are established depending on the nature of atrial and ventricular depolarization, restoration of ventricular excitability, architectonics of the working myocardium and the cardiac ventricular system in animals with different types of activation. Studies of the formation of the cardioelectric field in warm-blooded animals and humans have been carried out. Revealed significant criteria for non-invasive assessment of the functional state of the myocardium by the cardioelectric field under the action of pharmacological agents, hypertension and hypertrophy, with artificial ectopic foci of excitation, myocardial infarction of different localization. The regularities of the formation of the electric field of the heart when creating an experimental model of ischemia and revascularization, ischemia on the background of hypertrophy are revealed. The decisive influence of the thermophilicity of reptiles and the nature of the reaction to temperature on the dynamics of the heart rate during heating has been established. When creating a three-dimensional model of the heart, the relationship of morphofunctional characteristics with the architectonics of the muscle fibers of the left ventricle of the pig's heart, which showed regional heterogeneity of the myocardium, was investigated. The proposed cardioelectrotopography method was used to assess the functional state of the myocardium during physical activity based on the detected changes in the amplitude-time parameters of the electric field of the heart on the chest surface of athletes and untrained people. The regularities of the formation of the electric field of the heart in immature animals with different types of depolarization of the ventricles of the heart in the period of early postnatal ontogenesis are revealed.
Author and co-author of more than 280 scientific publications.
Under her leadership, defended 6 master's theses.
