Signs of postal payment of Ukraine (1992) - a list ( catalog ) of signs of postal payment ( postage stamps ), put into circulation by the post of Ukraine in 1992 [3] [4] . The independence of Ukraine was proclaimed in August 1991, however, the first Ukrainian postage stamps, which were supposed to justify the existence of a new independent state and emphasize the Ukrainian identity, appeared only in 1992 (Order of the State Communications Committee of Ukraine dated 06.02.1992 No. 21 “On the introduction of the first Ukrainian stamps ”, Ukrainian “ About the introduction of the first Ukrainian postage stamps ” ). Thus, the first postage stamps since the independence of Ukraine were issued on March 1, 1992 and were dedicated to the 500th anniversary of the Ukrainian Cossacks and the 100th anniversary of the first settlement of Ukrainians in Canada [1] [5] .
From March 1 to December 14, 1992, 22 [6] postage stamps were issued, including 14 commemorative ( commemorative [Comm 1] ) and eight standard first issues. The theme of commemorative stamps covered the anniversaries of statesmen, prominent figures of science and culture, representatives of the fauna and flora of the country, significant dates and other events. Marks with a face value of 0.15 were introduced; 0.20; 0.50; 0.70; one; 1.5; 2; 3; four; five; ten; 15; 20 and 50 coupon-carbovans [4] . The first postage stamp issued by independent Ukraine in 1992 was "500 Years of the Ukrainian Cossacks ", with a face value of 0.15 coupon-carbovans [1] . Four commemorative stamps were united by a single theme: the participation of a joint team of athletes in the XXV Summer Olympic Games in Barcelona [4] [8] .
Postage stamps No. 13 [1] , 23 [9] , 24 [9] , 25 [10] , 26 [11] , 27 [11] , 29 [11] and 30 [11] were printed in the Canadian printing house Canadian Bank Note Company [12] , No. 33 - in the [2] , No. 34 - in the Hungarian printing house Philatelia Hungarica Kft [2] ., All the rest - by the Moscow printing house Goznak [13] . First issue of standard stamps (1992-1993)
On May 16 (No. 19-22) and June 17 (No. 15-18) 1992 [3] [9] the first series of standard stamps of independent Ukraine was issued. The first issue of standard stamps (1992-1993) [33] is represented by postage stamps with a face value of 0.50; 0.70; one; 2; five; ten; 20 and 50 coupon-carbovans. As an image, the artist V.I. Dvornik chose a sketch of a stamp of the Ukrainian People’s Republic of 1918 in 30 steps (artist G. Narbut ) [34] .
