Early life
Born and raised in Montreal , Quebec . He received a bachelor's degree in English drama from York University in 1984. [2]
Career
He made his debut in 1983 in the youth comedy "Madballs" (Eng. Screwballs ) in the title role. Since then, the actor has a comedic role: Kelegan often plays stupid and comedic characters, mainly on television. [3]
In 2000, he played the role of Mr. Wayne in the horror film Werewolf directed by John Fawcett . [four]
