Secondary energy resources (WER) - resources obtained in the form of production and consumption wastes or by-products as a result of the technological process or the use of equipment whose functional purpose is not associated with the production of the corresponding types of energy resources [1] .
Three VER groups are distinguished: combustible (fuel), thermal, and overpressure VER (in the oil refining industry) [2] .
WER utilization is carried out in order to save fuel and reduce energy saving costs. Utilization equipment for the beneficial use of the energy potential of VER includes: heat pumps , heat exchangers - for utilization of thermal VER; waste heat boilers, furnaces, gas turbines - for utilization of fuel VER.
