Relationship Development
Relations between the two African countries began even before Namibia became independent. At that time, Kenya supported the Organization of the Peoples of South West Africa , which was a fighter for the independence of Namibia , and provided vehicles to the African party. Kenya has also been one of the initiators of Namibia's entry into the United Nations [1] .
Cooperation between the two countries
Kenya assisted Namibia in setting up hospitals, in particular, Kenyan medical personnel were sent to Namibian hospitals [1] . In Kenya, there is also a community of migrants represented by 500 people employed in various sectors of the country's social and economic activities: teaching, engineering [1] . In addition, 30 Namibian students are studying in Kenya [1] . It is expected that in two African countries the countries will soon establish a Joint Commission on Cooperation , whose task will be to expand trade and bilateral cooperation [1] .
