Biography
Born May 24, 1972 in the city of Rudny, Kustanai region.
In 1989 he graduated from the Suvorov Military School in Yekaterinburg .
In 1994 he graduated from the Kachinsky Higher Military Aviation School of Pilots .
In 2001 he graduated from the Air Force Academy of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation. Yu.A. Gagarina .
In July 2001, after graduating from the academy, he was appointed commander of an aviation squadron of an air base, then served as chief of staff - deputy commander of an air base, then - commander of an air base.
In 2011 he graduated from the Military Academy of the General Staff of the RF Armed Forces .
In December 2011, he was appointed First Deputy Commander of the Air Force - Chief of Staff of the Air Force of the Air Defense Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since November 2013, he served as Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Air Defense Forces (for combat training) - Head of the Department of Military and Physical Training of the Office of the Commander-in-Chief of the Air Defense Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In January 2016, he was appointed Chief of the General Staff - First Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Air Defense Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Since December 2016, he has been serving as Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
