Biography
He graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations ( MGIMO ) of the USSR Ministry of Foreign Affairs (1985). Fluent in Romanian , Spanish and English . At diplomatic work since 1985.
In 2007-2011 - senior adviser, adviser-envoy of the Russian Embassy in Kazakhstan .
In 2013-2017 - Deputy Director of the Third Department of the CIS Countries of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Since July 26, 2017 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Bolivia [1] .
