Anisimov, Victor Vasilievich (tennis player)

Valery Vladimirovich Shishkin (born December 27, 1934 ) is a Russian and Ukrainian tennis player , tennis coach. Honored Coach of the Ukrainian SSR . Honorary Master of Sports of the USSR [1] .

Biography

Born in 1934. Originally from Rostov-on-Don . There he began to play tennis at the age of thirteen. The first trainer is I. Shur [2] [3] .

He played for DSO Spartak (1951–68) and Dynamo (1969–80). He performed and worked in the cities of Rostov-on-Don (1947–61, 1969–74), Kaliningrad (1962–68), and Kiev (since 1974). The five-time champion of the RSFSR among young men in singles (1951-52), doubles (1950) and mixed (1951-52) categories. Champion of the USSR among youths in mixed doubles (1952) and among youth in singles until the age of 20 years (1953) [3] .

Finalist of the USSR championships in a pair (1957-58), bronze medalist of the championships in singles and in a pair (1959). Winner of the All-Union Winter Competitions in pair (1959) and mixed doubles (1958), bronze medalist in singles (1958-59) and silver in mixed doubles (1961). AUCCTU Champion in a pair (1965). The 27-time champion of the RSFSR in singles (1953–54, 1956, 1958–60, 1962, 1963–64 - winter, 1966), doubles (1954, 1956, 1958–60, 1963–64 summer and winter, 1964, 1966) and mixed (1950, 1956, 1958-60, 1964 - winter) categories; absolute champion (1956, 1958-60, 1964 - winter). Champion of the Spartak Sports Center in singles (1961, 1967) and doubles (1961). Finalist of the international tournament in Bucharest (1957) in pair and mixed. The winner of the Estonian open championships in pair (1960, 1963) and mixed doubles (1963). He was one of the ten strongest tennis players of the USSR (1955–63, the best place was the fifth: 1955, 1957, 1959). He was considered a tennis player of the universal game plan [3] .

He played in tandem with Rudolf Sivokhin [4] .

After the performance, he switched to coaching. Graduated from Rostov State Pedagogical Institute . Senior coach of the youth sports school of the Kaliningrad region (1962–68), the Rostov regional council Dynamo (1969–74), the national team of the Ukrainian SSR (1974–78). Coach of the Kiev city (1978–87) and Republican (1987–92) schools of higher sports excellence. Since 1994, he has been working in Croatia : coach of the Stobrek tennis clubs ( Split ; 1994–97) and the city of Varaždin (since 1997).

Among his wards are E. Boboedov, V. Egorov, M. Kroshina , USSR masters of sports Yu. Vasiliev, G. and N. Avdeeva, Yu. Pavlov, A. Semin. He also prepared many champions of Croatia among boys and girls [3] .
