History
It was founded in 1895. In 1928, the village of Aksenova-Lugovaya consisted of 25 households, the main population being Russians. As part of the Aksyonov-Nagorny Village Council of the Ust-Ishim District of the Tarsky District of the Siberian Territory [2] .
