Biography
He studied medicine in Vienna, where he received a doctorate. In 1868 he was hired by the University of Vienna . He worked with Joseph Girtl and Karl Rokytansky . In 1877 he headed the Department of Pathology at the University of Graz . Five years later he returned to the University of Vienna to the Department of Pathology, at the head of which he remained until the end of his days.
In 1893 he made a comprehensive description of lymphasarcomatosis , which in science was called the Kundrat disease.
