Biography
- early years
Born in Kazakhstan in Taldy-Kurgan region on October 2, 1943.
After school, he worked in Komsomolsk-on-Amur (a turner at the factory) and a sailor-fisherman in the Kuril Islands.
In childhood and adolescence he was engaged in classical wrestling, was a prize winner of many competitions in Kazakhstan.
He graduated from music school. He loved to sing and play the guitar.
- The beginning of military service
In 1962 he entered the Tashkent Tank Order of Lenin, the school named after twice Hero of the Soviet Union, Marshal of the Armored Forces P.S. Rybalko . He graduated from a military school in 1965. Served in the posts:
- commander of a tank platoon ( PribVO ),
- commander of a tank company ( ZabVO ) - Mongolia,
- commander of a tank battalion (ZabVO),
Listener of the Military Academy of Armored Forces from 1972-1975
from 1975-1977 commander of the 80th Red Banner Tank Regiment of the military unit p. 73,858 of the 90th Guards. etc. Borne-Sulinovo ( Northern Group of Forces ). Under his command, 80 TP participated in the exercises of the Warsaw Treaty Tarcha 76 (Shield-76), where he received an excellent mark and was awarded the Pennant of the Minister of Defense of the USSR.
from 1977-1980 - deputy commander of the 20th Panzer Zvenigorod Red Banner Division of Sventoszów ,
- In 1980, he entered and in 1982 graduated from the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the USSR with a diploma in command-staff operational-strategic.
- In senior positions
from 1982 to 1984 - commander of the 40th Panzer Division ( PribVO ), Sovetsk ,
He was promoted to major general at the age of 40 (1983) as a division commander.
1984-1986 - commander of the 12th Army Corps ( SKVO ), Krasnodar ,
-Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Uzbek SSR on Civil Defense - Chief of Staff of Civil Defense of the Uzbek SSR.
From the position of the Chief of Staff of the Civil Society of the Uzbek SSR, he was sent to Ukraine, the head of the State Commission for the Elimination of the Consequences of the Accident at the Chernobyl NPP.
A few years later, due to radiation in Chernobyl, he became ill with cancer. An operation was successfully carried out in Israel.
- After service
He left the USSR Armed Forces in 1991.
He lived in Tashkent . Accepted citizenship of Kazakhstan since 2000.
Passed away November 12, 2012.

- Father - Rajibaev Yunus Rakhmetovich, born 1909 - Party leader of the Kazakh SSR. Raised the agricultural regions of Kazakhstan. He was awarded many orders and medals, including the Order of Glory, the Order of Lenin and the Order of Honor. Passed away.
- Mother - Sharapat Rajibaeva, born in 1912. Passed away
- Wife - Inoya Rajibaeva born in 1946. He lives in Uzbekistan.
- Son - Serzhik Rajibayev born in 1966. Reserve officer. Lives in Cyprus.
- Son - Vilikiyan Rajibaev born in 1971. He lives in the Russian Federation.
- Brother - Kamil Rajibaev, born in 1930 - Colonel of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kazakh SSR. Passed away
- Sister - Lina Rajibaeva (Livazova), born 1939 - doctor. Retired. Lives in Almaty
- Brother - Maris Rajibaev, b. 1946 - Reserve Colonel. Last position - Air Defense Commander of the Dry Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- Brother - Marat Rajibaev (December 19, 1949) [1] , Metallurgist. He headed the Balkhash GOK and the Dzhezkazgan metallurgical plant.
