Biography
Pavel Igorevich Savin was born on January 23, 1994 in Buguruslan [1] . Started athletics in 2009. He trained at the youth sports school in Buguruslan under the leadership of Evgeny Melnikov , then in the Tyumen "TsSP72" with Anatoly Kraus and Alexander Sivchenko [2] . 2013 European Junior Champion. Multiple winner of the championships of Russia [3] .
