Story

Mindy McCready is subjected to tests in a public school that run counter to all her instincts. The story tells about the growth of the “Heir” (Chris Genovese) and the relationship between Mindy and Dave, as well as the reasons for the retirement of Killer from the fight against crime at the beginning of “Kick 2”. The story also provides a deeper understanding of Mindy McCready's life, reflecting the stress she faces while being bullied and ridiculed by peers such as Debbie Forman (which Mindy hangs from a rooftop on a rope to make friends).

The plot also helps to link the end of “Kick” and the appearance of many costumed characters shown in “Kick 2”.

  • In January 2015, Miller said that there was a planned solo film about The Killer with director Gareth Evans, but the film was canceled [4] . On February 11, 2015, Vaughn really talked about filming the third film, hoping to return Taylor-Johnson and Moretz to finish the film, and even wanted to make Killer the first as a prequel. He said:

If this happens, I’m sure that I can convince Aaron and Chloe to return and finish the story of Kick [5] [6] ..
