Club career
Aquino is a graduate of the Sporting Crystal club. On June 2, 2013, in his match against Cienciano , he made his debut in the Peruvian Primera [2] . In 2014, Pedro helped the team win the championship . On 10 September 2016, Aquino scored his first goal for Sporting Crystal in a duel against Real Garcilaso [3] . In the same year, he won the championship for the second time.
In the summer of 2017, Pedro moved to the Mexican Monterrey . The transfer amount amounted to 1 million euros. To get playing practice, Aquino was immediately leased to Lobos BUAP . On July 23, in his match against Santos Laguna , he made his debut in the Mexican Example [4] .
International Career
In 2011, as part of the youth team of Peru, Aquino took part in the youth championship of South America in Ecuador . At the tournament, he played in matches against the teams of Argentina [5] and Uruguay [6] .
In 2015, Aquino took part in the Pan American Games in Canada . In the tournament, he played in matches against Canada [7] and Brazil [8] .
In the same year, Aquino took part in the youth championship of South America in Uruguay as part of the youth team of Peru . In the tournament, he played in matches against the teams of Bolivia [9] , Ecuador [10] , Paraguay [11] , Uruguay [12] , Brazil [13] and twice Argentina [14] [15] .
On September 1, 2016, Aquino made his debut for the national team of Peru in the qualifying match of the 2018 World Cup against the Bolivian national team [16] .
In 2018, Aquino took part in the 2018 World Cup in Russia . At the tournament, he played in matches against the teams of France [17] , Denmark [18] and Australia [19] .
On September 6, Aquino scored his first goal for the national team in a duel against the Netherlands national team [20] .
