Biography
Born on March 8, 1958 in the village of Beyding, Oltekhsky naslega, Ust-Aldan District, Yakut Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, in a family with ten children. [2]
After the eighth grade, he went to Churapcha to the famous sports boarding school, where he was engaged in wrestling with the honored coach of the Yakut ASSR, the RSFSR and the USSR - D.P. Korkina . In 1981, he graduated from the Kyrgyz State Institute of Physical Culture in the city of Frunze (now Bishkek ).
In 1983–84, Sivtsev worked as a ShVSM coach at the Borogon Youth and Youth Education School. In 1984 he was invited to the post of senior coach of the Olympic Reserve School. In 1997 he was appointed senior coach of the national team of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). In 2002–2004 he was a responsible coach of the Russian national team in the weight category up to 55 kg. During the period of coaching activity, I. N. Sivtsev prepared over fifty masters of sports and six masters of sports of international class.
