Biography
A peasant in the village of Kalinovka, Borisoglebsky district, Tambov province. He studied at elementary school. Engaged in farming on allotment land. Homeowner. At the time of the Duma elections, he remained non-partisan.
On February 11, 1907, he was elected to the State Duma of the second convocation from the general composition of the electors of the Tambov Provincial Electoral Assembly. He joined the Labor Group and the faction of the Peasant Union . He was a member of the administrative and food commissions of the Duma.
Details of further fate and date of death are unknown.
