Biography
A peasant in the village of Vyazovaya Pochta, Borisoglebsky district, Tambov province. He studied at a rural school. He was the chairman of the volost court. At the time of the Duma elections, he remained non-partisan. Engaged in agriculture.
On February 11, 1907, he was elected to the State Duma of the second convocation from the general electorate of the Tambov provincial electoral assembly. He joined the Labor Group and the faction of the Peasant Union [1] , and later the Peopleβs Socialist Faction [2] .
Details of further fate and date of death are unknown.
