Biography
Cosimo Fini began his musical career in 1996 under his name - Fini. A year later, he took the pseudonym Guercio when he met Jake La Furia . The friendship between them led to the formation of the Sacre Scuole group, joined by , a former classmate of Pequeno. Beatmaker , meanwhile, is becoming a close partner. The trio will release only one disc, 3 MC's al cubo, and break up due to disagreements between D'Amico and La Furia, after which Fimi changed his pseudonym to Gue Pequeno. The rest of the participants, along with Don Joe, will later gather at the Dojo Club. During this period, Pequeno participated in the recording of several albums and mixtapes , including 50 Emcee's Pt. 1 groups and Tutti x uno .
In 2005, Gue Pequeno released the mini-album “ ” together with Italian-Angolan producer Deleterio , and the following year released the mixtape “ ” ( Russian Fast Life Volume 1 ), brought together with DJ Harsh, and then three years later, “ ” ( Russian Fast Life Volume 2 - Life Faster ).
Over the years, he collaborated with major artists, including from TruceKlan, J-Ax , Marracash and . From 2005 to 2012 he performed solo. In 2010, Pequeno published the book The Law on Dogs ( Italian: La legge del cane ), written with Jake La Furia. In March 2011, he performed at Radio Deejay with the One Day Dogs program.
In the spring of 2015, Cosimo renewed his contract with the Universal Music Group and announced signing for Def Jam Recordings, thereby becoming the first Italian artist to sign the label. After that, the rapper released a video for an unreleased song called "Shark"
On January 4, 2016, through social networks, the rapper announced the creation of a studio album with Marracash . [4] The album is called Santeria and consists of fifteen tracks. [5] On March 31, 2017, the duo released the Santeria Live album, containing the entire concert they held at Alcatraz in Milan. [6]
On June 6, the rapper announced the fourth solo album Gentleman , which was released on the 30th of the same month and consisted of several tracks in collaboration with various musicians, including Sfera Ebbasta and Marracash.
