The Repertoire of the Russian Theater is a Russian magazine of the mid-19th century devoted to dramatic literature and partly the history of the theater. Issued monthly in St. Petersburg during 1839, 1840 and 1841. The publisher was Ivan Petrovich Pesotsky .
Beginning as a collection of plays, from the second half of 1839 it contains small biographies of artists and analysis of plays, in 1840 there are articles by Prince Shakhovsky , Zotov , Polevoy , Bulgarin (memories of theaters and materials for their history), information about provincial theaters is placed , vaudeville couplets, episodes from the lives of artists, etc.
In addition to the magazine were portraits, posters and musical plays. In 1842, the magazine merged with the Pantheon , under the title "The Repertoire of the Russian and Pantheon of All European Theaters", in the publication of which Pesotsky also participated until 1847.
