Biography
Born on September 27, 1945 in Chita.
He was engaged in weightlifting, in 1968-1970 he played for the Lokomotiv Sports School, in 1971-1975 - for the Spartak Sports School; trained by B. M. Mosievich [3] . He became the champion of the RSFSR in eventing (1972), as well as a silver medalist in eventing (1973-1974) and bronze in eventing (1970); silver medalist of the Spartakiad of the Peoples of the RSFSR in 1971 in a jerk. [2]
Since 1968, Vladimir Vagin worked as a trainer in the sports societies Lokomotiv and Spartak (since 1971). Since 1980 - in the republican sports school for weightlifting, since 1990 - in the School of Higher Sports Excellence of the Republic of Bashkortostan, since 1993 - in school №15. Among his pupils are masters of sports and masters of sports of the international class of the USSR and Russia - R.S. . Mavlyutova [4] , E.A. Tyukin [5] , E.R. Fayzullina [6] , A. M. Sayakhov and others. [2]
In 1994, V. G. Vagin graduated from the Chelyabinsk Institute of Physical Culture (now the Ural State University of Physical Culture ). In 2006, he was awarded the medal of the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, 2nd degree.
