Northern Ulandy [2] [5] - a lake near the village of Ulandy in the Tashbulatovsky village council [6] of the Abzelilovsky district of Bashkortostan [2] . It is located 8 km west of the village of Kirs , between the rivers Analyk and Small Kizil [1] . It is classified as salty and non-drainage. In dry time, waterlogging of the lake is observed [2] . The surface area is 3 km² [2] [3] . The volume of water - 4.8 million m³ [2] .

Geography
In the vicinity of the lake grow birch forests, a significant area occupied by meadow steppes. The eastern and western shores of the lake are steep, the rest are gentle. Along the coast of the lake there are thickets of lake reeds , sedges , narrow-leaved rogosa, piercing-reed . The lake is inhabited by a mallard , a sandpiper, a red-headed dyke, a gray-necked grebe , a black-headed gull [2] .
