Religion
It is known that since at least 1678 a wooden church of the Nativity of Christ has been operating in Kozlovo. In 1778, the Vyatka Spiritual Consistory issued a temple-credential letter for the construction of a new stone church in the name of the Nativity of Christ. The church was built with two aisles: the main one in honor of the Nativity of Christ, was consecrated in 1798, and the second, in honor of the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul - in 1788. In 1827, the stone church was rebuilt, a third throne was added, which became the main one. The construction was finally completed in 1845.
According to 1842, the church’s parish included: Kozlovo, post. Overinsky, post. Dikushinsky, post. Martynovsky, village of Tatarkino, village of Naryadovo, village of Gryaznukha, village of Buranovo, village of Yagan, poch. In 1869, parish trusteeship was opened at the church (closed in 1896, reopened in 1908).
In 1875, a chapel was built in the parish cemetery in honor of the Great Martyr George the Victorious.
The church was closed on the basis of the decree of the Sverdlovsk Regional Executive Committee of December 5, 1931. The building was transferred to the club, and later demolished due to disrepair.
