Biography
Ruslan Mammadov began to play sports with Sergei Andreevich Volkhovsky [2] in the club "Hope" of the city of Protvino [4] .
The first award - won a silver medal in 2000 in the city of Shatura at the Championship of Russia [5] .
In 2005, at the V Central Championship of the Central Federal District in arm wrestling, Ruslan Mammadov received a special prize from the organizer of the tournament, the first USSR arm wrestling champion Yuri Puzakov, “For the will to win” [6] .
In 2006, Ruslan Mammadov was awarded the title of Honored Master of Sports [7] .
