Kevin was born in Austria in a family of immigrants from Ghana, at the age of 6 he moved with his parents to England [2] .
Content
Club career
Danso is a graduate of the English clubs Reading and Milton Keynes Dons . In 2014, Kevin moved to the German Augsburg [3] . March 3, 2017 in a match against RB Leipzig he made his debut in the Bundesliga [4] . Danso became the youngest debutant of Augsburg in the championship in history [5] [6] . A week later, he signed a new contract with the club for a period of 4 years [7] . On November 4, in a duel against Bayer 04 , Kevin scored his first goal for Augsburg [8] .
International Career
In 2015, Danso was included in the application of the Austrian youth team for participation in the European Youth Championship in Bulgaria . At the tournament, he played in matches against teams of Spain [9] , Croatia [10] and Bulgaria [11] .
On September 2, 2017, in the qualifying match of the 2018 World Cup against Wales, Danso made his debut in the Austrian national team , replacing Sebastian Predl in the second half [12] .
In the summer of 2019, Kevin was invited to the national team to participate in the European Championship among youth teams , which took place in Italy. In the third match in the group against Germany, he scored a goal from the penalty spot and his team played in a draw 1: 1.
In 2019, as part of the Austrian youth team, Danso took part in the European Youth Championship in Italy . At the tournament, he played in matches against the teams of Serbia [13] , Denmark [14] and Germany [15] .
