Biography
Born on August 21, 1928 in the village of Teterino , now the Mogilev region . In 1948 he graduated from the theater studio at the Lviv Ukrainian Drama Theater. M. Zankovetskaya. Successfully passed the entrance exams and graduated in 1958 from the Kiev Theater Institute (class of V. A. Nelli ) [1] . Member of the CPSU since 1957.
He worked at the Dnepropetrovsk Russian Drama Theater. Gorky (1958-1961), Odessa Russian Drama Theater. A. Ivanov (1964-1966), Kiev Ukrainian Drama Theater. I. Franko (1968-1971), Kharkov Ukrainian Drama Theater. T. Shevchenko (1971-1974). In 1961-1963 he worked as a director, in 1974-1985 he was the main director of the Odessa Ukrainian Musical Drama Theater .
The director of such performances as “Yaroslav the Wise” I. Kochergi (1970), “Boris Godunov” A. Pushkin (1982) and others. Directed the film play "Plato Krechet" (1972).
He taught at educational institutions of Dnepropetrovsk , Kiev , Kharkov , as well as at the opera studio of Odessa Conservatory. A. Nezhdanova [2] .
He died on June 9, 1985 in Odessa .
