Born in 1904. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1927.

Track record

  • 1927 - 1933 - Deputy Director of the fish factory of the Volga-Caspian Fish Trust;
  • 1933 - 1938 - Chairman of the Kalmyk regional Union of fishing collective farm organizations;
  • 1938 - 1941 - Chairman of the Board of the All-Union Center for Fishing Collective Farm Organizations (Rybakkolkhoztsentr), head of the Office of motor-fishing stations of the People's Commissariat of the USSR fishing industry, head of the Main Directorate of the fishing industry of the Caspian basin People's Commissariat of the USSR fishing industry;
  • 1941 - 1949 - Deputy People's Commissar / Minister of Fisheries of the USSR;
  • 1949 - 1950 - Minister of the fishing industry of the RSFSR;
  • 1953 - 1954 - Deputy Minister of the Food Industry of the USSR;
  • 1954 - 1956 - Deputy Minister of Fisheries of the USSR;
  • 1954 - 1956 - Minister of the fishing industry of the RSFSR.

He was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of the 4th convocation.

He died on September 20, 1956 in Moscow.
