Biography
Born in 1904. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1927.

- 1938 - 1941 - Chairman of the Board of the All-Union Center for Fishing Collective Farm Organizations (Rybakkolkhoztsentr), head of the Office of motor-fishing stations of the People's Commissariat of the USSR fishing industry, head of the Main Directorate of the fishing industry of the Caspian basin People's Commissariat of the USSR fishing industry;
- 1941 - 1949 - Deputy People's Commissar / Minister of Fisheries of the USSR;
- 1949 - 1950 - Minister of the fishing industry of the RSFSR;
