Khadzhaev, Albert Zakharovich

Albert Khadzhaev was born in 1937 in the city of Buinaksk of the Dagestan Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic .

After school, he entered the Buinaksk College of Finance. Then he was drafted into the Soviet army and sent for military service to Germany , to the city of Dresden .

After returning to Dagestan in 1962, he worked as an advertising artist at the Temp cinema (now Druzhba) in Makhachkala . ^{[3] [4]} .

In 1972 , Albert Khadzhayev graduated from the painting department of the Tbilisi State Academy of Arts ^[1] in the workshop of Professor ^{[3] [4] [5]} .

Then he returned to Dagestan , began teaching at the Dagestan Art College named after M.-A. Jemala in Makhachkala ^{[3] [4] [5]} .

Among his pupils are such artists as Adil Astemirov, Arsen Kurbanov, Timur Suleymanov, Izbat Urudzheva and others ^[6] .

Since 1984 - member of the Union of Artists of the USSR (Russia) ^{[2] [6] [7]} .

In 1997 , Albert Khadzhayev was awarded the title of Honored Artist of the Republic of Dagestan , and since 1999 his name has been included in the catalog of world artists ^{[3] [4] [6]} .

In 2008, Albert Khadzhaev became a member of the - AIAP Unesco ^[6] and was awarded the title of Honored Artist of the Russian Federation ^{[2] [6] [8]}

In his work, Albert Hajaev continues the traditions of the realistic school of painting . The very first paintings by the artist “Fatima Daughter”, “Old Copper”, “Bariat” were marked by the zonal exhibition committee “Soviet South” (1984) ^{[3] [4] [6]} . In the future, the artist’s works take part in numerous exhibitions ^{[3] [4] [6] [9]} . Among them: “The Bride”, “Balkharka”, “Portrait of the poetess Dzhaminat Kerimova”, “In memory of Shaz from Kurkli”, “They stood here to death” and others.

Albert Khadzhayev also works as a graphic artist. He has issued more than 200 books of Dagestan, Russian, foreign authors ^{[3] [4] [6]} .

In the artist’s work, a still-life occupies a special place. His still lifes are a philosophical understanding of the objective world ^{[3] [4] [6]} .
