Bernhard Badensky (full name is Bernhard Max Friedrich August Ludwig Kraft ) ( German: Bernhard Maxim Friedrich August Gustav Louis Kraft Prinz von Baden ; born May 27, 1970 , Castle Zalem , Salém , Baden-Württemberg , Germany ) - Crown Prince of Baden. Biography
Born on May 27, 1970 in the Castle of Salem , Baden-Württemberg . The eldest son of Maximilian, Margrave of Baden (born 1933), head of the Baden Great Duchy House since 1963 , and the Archduchess Valeria of Austria (born 1941). Grand-nephew of Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, and second cousin of Prince William, Duke of Cambridge , and Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex .
Together with his sister and brothers grew up in a family residence in the castle Salem . He studied business and law at the University of Hamburg .
Due to financial difficulties, the Baden house was forced to sell its three generic locks: Eberstein Castle in Gernsbach , New Castle in Baden-Baden, and most of the Saale castle in Zalem . The family remained only to belong to the castle Stauffenberg (where the winery is located) in Durbach . From 2003 to 2009, Prince Bernhard of Baden was president of the International Club Baden-Baden, which organizes horse races in Iffezheim .
Marriage and Children
Bernhard married Stephanie Ann Kaul (born June 27, 1966 , Uelzen ), the daughter of Christian Kaul and Hannelore Scheel.
