Benjamin Wallfish ( born Benjamin Wallfisch ; August 7, 1979 , London ) is an English composer, conductor and pianist. The author of music for more than 60 films.

Biography
Born in 1979 in the family of Australian violinist Elizabeth Wallfish (née Hunt) and British cellist Rafael Wallfish. He sat down at the piano for the first time at the age of 5, and already at 14 composed his first work [1] .
Among his most famous works are “ Dear Wendy ,” “ Dancing in the Desert ,” “ And the Lights Go Out ... ”, “ It ,” “ Blade Runner 2049. ” In 2017, together with Farrell Williams and Hans Zimmer, he was nominated for a Golden Globe for music for the biographical drama Hidden Figures .
Since 2014 - Member of the Royal Academy of Music in London. Collaborates with Remote Control Productions - Hans Zimmer's company, which creates music for films and computer games.
Lives in Los Angeles with his wife Missy.
