Viktor Alekseevich Golubev (born May 9, 1957 ) is a Russian businessman and weightlifting coach . Master of Sports of the USSR , Honored Coach of the RSFSR . President of the hockey club " Crystal " ( Berdsk ).

Biography
Victor Golubev was born on May 9, 1957 in the city of Grozny [1] . In 1979, he graduated from the Novosibirsk Institute of Communications with a degree in Communication Engineering In 2005 he graduated from law school [2] .
As a weightlifting coach, he trained European champion Vyacheslav Ivanovsky [1] [3] . Golubeva has friendly relations with a State Duma deputy, three-time Olympic champion Alexander Karelin [3] , he is a member of the supervisory board of the Karelin Foundation.
In 1987, Golubev founded the production association Kristall in Berdsk , one of the main areas of which is construction [4] . Under the leadership of Golubev in the Novosibirsk region a number of sports facilities, residential and industrial buildings were built. He is the founder of the Berd sports club "Crystal" [1] .
Prosecution
In 2014, Viktor Golubev was arrested on suspicion of illegal business activities and the organization of hazardous production - an illegal oil refinery [3] . In February 2015, the court found him guilty in all episodes and sentenced him to 1 year and 6 months of imprisonment. However, taking into account the period of detention and the amnesty in honor of the 70th anniversary of the Victory, Viktor Golubev was released [5] .
