Ade Franci Alleyne-Forte (born October 11, 1988 , San Fernando , Trinidad and Tobago ) is an athlete from Trinidad and Tobago who specializes in 400 meters . The bronze medalist of the 2012 Olympic Games , the bronze medalist of the indoor championship of 2016 in the relay 4x400 meters.

Biography
He made his international debut at the age of 16. In 2005, he won a silver medal in the Swedish relay at the Youth World Championships (he also performed at this tournament in 200 and 400 meters, but not so successfully).
At the Pan American Junior Championships in 2007, he became a bronze medalist in 400 meters (46.27 is a personal record), and also won gold at the last stage of the 4x400 meters relay.
In 2008 he entered the University of Louisiana , where for four years he studied psychology and trained in a student team. Three times became the winner of the NCAA relay relay [1] , and in the year of release he set a personal record of 46.13 in the 400-meter race. With this result, Ade finished sixth in the final of the national championship and selected for the 2012 Olympics [2] . In London, he was a member of the team of Trinidad and Tobago, which won bronze medals in the relay 4x400 meters with a new country record - 2.59.40 [3] .
The next time he played for the national team only four years later at the 2016 World Indoor Championships , where, together with his teammates, he again became a bronze medalist in the relay.
