Ice Lake is the codename of the 10th generation Intel processor family on the Sunny Cove microarchitecture [1] . Chips are made on the technological process of 10 nanometers [2] . The Ice Lake family is a follower of the small mobile line Cannon Lake [3] [2] , whose chips were also manufactured at a rate of 10 nanometers, but did not have a working integrated graphics core .

According to Intel's plans, products on Ice Lake will appear by the end of 2019 [4] (in the mobile segment; desktop processors can be expected only in 2021). Server versions of Ice Lake will be released in 2020 [5] .
