Biography

Born July 13, 1900 in the village of Lom, Khlebnikov volost ^{[K 1]} in a Russian peasant family ^[2] . Member of the RCP (b) since 1918.

He graduated from a two-year primary school. Since 1918 he worked as a clerk in the military commissariat of the Khlebnikov volost, since 1920 - in the military commissariat of the Urzhum district ^[2] .

Since 1921 - in the Urzhum district committee of the RCP (b): informant, head of the organizational department, deputy executive secretary, and. about. Executive Secretary at the same time he was the secretary of the party ranks cleaning committee, the county food commissioner. Since 1922 - member of the Urzhum district executive committee, in 1923-1924 - chairman of the Vyatka district executive committee, in 1924-1925 - executive secretary of the Kotelnich district committee of the party ^[2] .

Since September 1925 he studied at Komvuz them. Ya. M. Sverdlova ( Moscow ) ^[2] .

During the war years - the party organizer of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks at the construction of the Stalinskpromstroy trust ^[3] ^[4] .

In March 1945 - Secretary of the Stalin City Committee of the CPSU (b) ^[5] ; from October 1945 to March 1950 - chairman of the Stalin city executive committee, then - first secretary of the Stalin city committee of the CPSU (b) ^[6] ^{[K 2]} , chairman of the Kemerovo Regional Council of Trade Unions ^[2] ^[7] .

He was elected as a deputy (from the Kemerovo region ) of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR of the 2nd (1947-1951) ^[8] and 3rd (1951-1955) ^[9] convocations.
