Biography
Born in 1898 in Odessa. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1920.
Since 1913 - on economic, social and political work. In 1913 - 1959 - Turner at a number of factories, a participant in the Civil War, a teacher and social scientist at the Joint Military School.
