Biography

Born in 1898 in Odessa. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1920.

Since 1913 - on economic, social and political work. In 1913 - 1959 - Turner at a number of factories, a participant in the Civil War, a teacher and social scientist at the Joint Military School. All-Russian Central Executive Committee, head of the propaganda sector of the cultural propagation MK VKP (b), secretary of the party committee of the Chemical Plant named after Stalin, in the GUGB of the NKVD of the USSR, head of the NKVD of the Kursk region, the head of the Segezha ITL and Segezhstroy of the NKVD, in the GULAG system, the head of the Office of Special Degree No. 283 of the NKVD, the head of the Office of ITL of Combine No. 9 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the construction of the Omsk Oil Refinery, the deputy head of the Ministry of Secondary Engineering of the USSR .

He was elected deputy of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of the 1st convocation.

He died after 1959.
