Emblem Description
In the shield divided into four parts in the middle there is a small golden shield, which depicts a black double-headed eagle in gold on the heads of its crowns. The first and fourth parts are cut perpendicularly into two fields, from these in the extreme blue parts, three golden undulating bars are laid diagonally: in the upper left to right, in the lower right to left; in the internal red fields, one silver key is perpendicularly marked. In the second and third parts in the blue field there are three hexagonal golden stars in the form of a downward facing triangle.
The shield is superimposed to the graphs by a peculiar crown with a silver helmet on it, on the surface of which between the two spread eagle wings of silver and red is a red pillar with two crosswise lying keys, and at the top of this pillar an outgoing peacock tail is seen with a golden hexagonal star on it. Laying on the shield of gold and blue colors underlay red.
