Biography
Born in 1897. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1919.
Since 1914 - on economic, social and political work. In 1914 - 1947 - in industry, bookkeeper, accountant of the Bukhara Railway, privates of the 1st Orenburg consolidated regiment, adjutant of the 1st International combat regiment, assistant chief of staff of the 2nd Turkestan infantry division, commander of a separate cavalry division of the Turkestan division, secretary of the reconnaissance staff of the Turkfront front, assistant 6th department of the headquarters of the Central Asian military district, managing affairs of Gospromtsvettsmet.
He was elected as a deputy of the Supreme Council of the USSR of the 1st convocation.
