Biography
Born in 1921. Member of the CPSU (b).
Since 1941 - on economic, social and political work. In 1941 - 1964 - Cadet of the School of secondary command staff of the NKVD of the USSR, duty officer on reception of the Secretary of the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks, graduated from Kiev State University, Secretary N.S. Khrushcheva, deputy, first deputy, managing director of the Central Committee of the CPSU, head of the Main Archival Directorate under the Council of Ministers of the RSFSR, deputy head of the Main Directorate for Housing and Civil Engineering at the Moscow City Executive Committee for Personnel.
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of the 5th convocation.
He was buried at Kuntsevsky cemetery .
