Morozov, Vadim Yurevich

Since childhood, swimming in a sports school in Nizhny Novgorod . Took part in various competitions, was a candidate for the USSR national team, winner and champion of the Russian championship. For two years he served in the army, but after demobilization he was unable to continue speaking.

Since 1989 - on the coaching work. He graduated from the coaching courses at the Moscow Institute of Physical Education , and then entered the correspondence department at the Leningrad Institute of Physical Culture. P.F. Lesgaft . Then for eight years he taught at the chair of swimming in the Nizhny Novgorod branch of this institute. Until I received a specialized education, for some time I was forced to work in parallel at a confectionery factory and deal with athletes.

He participated in the training of Paralympic athletes. Among his students are Dmitry Kokarev , multiple winner and champion of the Paralympic Games, European and World Championships; Valery Lebedev, member of the national teams of the USSR and Russia ^[1] ; Valeria Kukanova ^[2] .

For his successes in the coaching field, Vadim Yuryevich Morozov was awarded the honorary title “ Honored Coach of Russia ”, as well as thanks to the President of the Russian Federation ^[3] .
