Biography
Alexander Lisovoy in 1981 became a graduate of the gymnastics department of the Volgograd State Academy of Physical Culture . From 1991 to 1999 he worked as a coach of the School № 1 in Volgograd. At this time, one of his students was Elena Isinbaeva [1] .
Alexander Lisovoy began to train Elena Isinbaeva and her sister Inna Isinbaeva. The growth of Elena Isinbayeva was already too big then, but the coach was able to evaluate the natural data of the future athlete and agreed to train her [4] . While studying with her first coach, Elena Isinbaeva became a candidate for master of sports in gymnastics [1] . When at the age of 15 Elena Isinbayev was expelled from the school of the Olympic reserve, considering it unpromising, the first coach, Lisova, helped to reorient herself in sports and choose a new kind - pole vaulting . He decided that she had all the makings for this sport and showed her to the track and field coach Yevgeny Trofimov . Six months later, Isinbayeva won the World Youth Games in Moscow [4] .
Since 2006, Alexander Lisovoy director of the School № 1 of the city of Volgograd [1] . In 2010, she received a gift from her student Elena Isinbaeva - she gave the gymnastics coach a new apartment, saying that he did much more for her than she did for him [4] . In other interviews, she stated that it was he who gave her the way to life and directed her to that sport in which she had prospects [5] .
Alexander Lisovoy has been working as a coach for over 20 years. Among his students is European champion in gymnastics Tatyana Kazantseva [3] .
