History

Transneftnergo was founded on July 1, 2009. The company was established to supply power to the organizations of the Transneft system .

In September 2010, the organization entered the wholesale electricity market.

Since January 1, 2013, Transneftnergo organized departmental energy supervision at consumer enterprises.

From June 3, 2013, Transneftnergo performs technical supervision over the production and repair of electric motors.

In October 2015, Transneftenergo became the first energy sales organization that was authorized to certify electrical energy and power measurement methods.

In November 2016, the projects developed by Transneftnergo LLC became winners in three nominations in the all-Russian competition ENES-2016.

In December 2016, Transneftenergo LLC passed a mandatory re-accreditation for the right to certify electrical energy and power measurement methods until 2019.

Today, Transneftenergo LLC makes a wholesale purchase of electricity in 69 groups of supply points and organizes the sale of electricity to end consumers in 45 regions of the Russian Federation (data as of August 31, 2017).
