Biography
Born in August 1906 in Yekaterinoslav Province. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1926.
Since 1933 - on economic, social and political work. In 1933 - 1980 - in the Political Department of the T.G. Shevchenko Grain Farm, named after K. Ye. Voroshilov, Head of the Political Department of the S. Kirov Grain Farm, Head of the Personnel Department of the Political Department of the People's Commissariat of the USSR State Farms, responsible controller of the Party Control Commission under the Central Committee of the CPSU (B) , authorized by the Party Control Commission at the Central Committee of the CPSU (b) for the Kirov region, 1st secretary of the Tyumen regional committee of the CPSU (b), head of the Political Department and deputy head of the Stalingrad railway, Moscow-Ryazan eleznoy road, head of the leading cadres and educational institutions of the Ministry of Machine Building of the USSR, head of the Economic Department, managing director, Party Committee Secretary of the State Planning Committee of the USSR.
He was elected deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR of the 2nd convocation.
He died in 1981 in Moscow.
