Biography

Born in 1924.

Member of the CPSU (b) since 1947.

Since 1942 - on economic, social and political work. In 1942 - 1983 - Worker at the Kuznetsk Metallurgical Plant, foreman of the Barnaul Boiler Plant, instructor of the Oktyabrsky District Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks, first secretary of the Altai Regional Committee of the Komsomol, first secretary of the Rubtsovsky City Committee of the CPSU, director of the Rubtsovsky Tractor Plant, director of the Altai Motor Plant, first secretary of the Barnaul City Committee of the CPSU, second secretary Altai Regional Committee of the CPSU, in the Ministry of Agricultural Engineering of the USSR.

He was elected deputy of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR of the 8th convocation.

He died after 1999 in Moscow.
