Biography
Born in 1970 in the village of Kipchak, Ashgabat district of the Turkmen SSR (currently - in the territory of the Akhal velayat ). There is a brother - Nurniyaz Amanyazovich Annaorazov, who until April 14, 2006 held the post of prosecutor of the Akhal velayat [1] [2] .
Higher education. In 1991 he graduated from the Turkmen Institute of National Economy , majoring in economics.
Career
He began his career in 1991 as an auditor of the control and audit department of the State Committee for Oil Products of Turkmenistan. Then he worked as a senior auditor of the Department of Economics and Finance of the State Concern Turkmennebitonumleri of the Ministry of Oil and Gas, a leading inspector-auditor, chief inspector-auditor, head of the department, head of the control and audit department of the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Turkmenistan .
