Born in 1936 .
He worked in Perm , from where he was invited by Viktor Mikhailovich and his wife Nadezhda Vasilievna Osipov for coaching at the rowing base of the Youth Sports School No. 2 of the city of Belaya Kalitva, Rostov Region. [3]
