Biography
Born in 1907 in the village of Mshanka. Member of the CPSU (b) since 1931.
Since 1927 - on economic, social and political work. In 1927 - 1958 - Chairman of the Mshansky Village Council of the Ryazan Province and the Moscow Region, on party work in the Moscow Region, in the Khabarovsk Regional Committee of the CPSU (b), 1st Secretary of the Lower Amur Regional Committee of the CPSU (B), 1st Secretary of the Kamchatka Regional Committee of the CPSU ( b) - CPSU, 2nd Secretary of the Kamchatka Regional Committee of the CPSU.
He was elected a deputy to the 4th Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR.
He died in 1958 in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.
