Diva ( Belorussian. Dzіva ) is a river in the Lepel and Ushach districts of the Vitebsk region of Belarus , in the Turovlyanka basin (a tributary of the Western Dvina ).

General information
The river is 29 km long. The river slope is 0.09 m / km [1] . 20% of the river is under the forest [2] .
The height of the source (the height of Lake Uroda) is 130.3 m. The height of the mouth (the height of Lake Yanovo) is 127.6 m [3] .
Hydrography
It flows from the Uroda lake near the village of Zemtsy, flows within the Ushach-Lepel Upland , flows through the Otolovo , Turossa, Beryozovskoe, Paulskoye lakes, flows into the Yanovo lake near the village of Yanovo , which is further connected via the Shchaty, Gomel and Suya lakes to the Turovlya lake from which Turovlyanka follows [3] . In sections of the Diva channel located at the exit of the lakes, the river does not freeze even in the most severe frost, and steam is above the water [1] .

The catchment area is 631 km². About 12% of the Diva catchment is accounted for by 130 lakes of the Ushach group (the largest: Paulskoe and Cherstvyaty). Reclamation is underway in the catchment area. The river flow is regulated by lakes [2] .
