Biography
Born in 1918 in Millerovo. Member of the CPSU.
Member of World War II. Since 1946 - on economic, social and political work. In 1946 - 1980 - Ph.D. at the Grozny Petroleum Research Institute, liberated secretary of the institute’s party organization, second secretary of the Zavodsky district committee of the party of Grozny, second secretary of the Grozny city committee of the CPSU, head of the industrial transport department of the Chechen-Ingush regional committee of the CPSU, first secretary of the Grozny city committee of the party, head . sector of the heavy industry department of the Central Committee of the CPSU, assistant head.
